Half Marathon Race Review by official Fifty States HALF Marathon Club member Ruth Ann Walsh:
I ran the Lace up Against Breast Cancer Half in Rochester, MN last Sunday on my birthday 2-12-2012. They are in their 5th year. It was a small race of 184 finishers, a great scenic course on the city's bike trail system along the river, around a lake. Cold, but I would definitely do it again. A great MN winter half. I think I especially loved the hot soup at the finish. Finishers got a dog tag style medal with the standard ribbon medals going to the top three finishers in each group. This is my first small race and I really liked it.
